Academy-standard coaching, for every player

At Constantine Football Club, our youth football coaching is built around one belief: every child deserves the chance to reach their potential. Training in Stanmore and Colindale, we welcome players from right across North West London — providing structured, academy-standard coaching to boys and girls aged U7 to U16. EVERY CHILD HAS A PLACE HERE — whatever their ability, background, or experience.

Our sessions are led by FA-qualified, DBS-checked coaches who know every child by name — because a young player improves fastest when they feel SEEN, SUPPORTED AND SAFE. Whether your child is picking up a ball for the first time or already dreams of playing at a higher level, we meet them where they are and help them grow.

We coach THE PERSON BEFORE THE PLAYER. Results matter, but confidence, character and a love of the game are what your child carries with them long after the final whistle.

Our coaching philosophy

The FA Four-Corner model

Technical & tactical

Passing, dribbling, first touch, finishing, decision-making and game awareness — the core skills every footballer needs.

Physical

Speed, agility, balance, coordination and stamina, developed in an age-appropriate, enjoyable way.

Psychological

Confidence, focus, resilience and the ability to handle pressure — skills that last far beyond football.

Social

Communication, teamwork, leadership and respect, built within a supportive, inclusive group.

How our sessions work

Structured, fun & focused

Young player dribbling during a Constantine Football Club training session in North West London

Every session is carefully planned to balance skill development, small-sided games and real match scenarios — keeping players engaged and giving you PROGRESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE.

Your child's first session is a completely FREE TASTER. NO PRESSURE, NO COMMITMENT — just come and see them enjoy it.

Technique development

Players work intensively on individual skills through progressive practices, building up to competitive 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 formats where those techniques are tested under real pressure.

Team-focused sessions

Players develop their understanding of the game across every phase: counter-attacking, defending, attacking and possession — where individual ability becomes effective team play.

The 6 core capabilities

Every session is grounded in the six core capabilities of a footballer — scanning, positioning, technique, movement, deception and timing — giving players a genuine understanding of not just what to do, but when and why.
