I know exactly how it feels to be a young player with big dreams and nowhere to turn.
Growing up my own journey was filled with the same hurdles your child might be facing: injuries and setbacks that tested my spirit, and a system that often felt like it was moving too fast to notice individual potential. I saw too many talented kids fall through the cracks because they didn't have the right support.
That’s why I founded Constantine Academy right here in North West London.
I didn't want to build just another 'profit-first' football school. I wanted to create a home for players where the person matters as much as the player. Combining my years on the pitch with my degree in Sport Psychology, I’ve built a training environment that focuses on the whole athlete.
At Constantine, we don't just chase short-term wins, we build technical skills, mental resilience, and the kind of confidence that stays with a child long after they’ve taken off their boots. Whether your child is aiming for a pro academy or just wants to fall in love with the game, they have a place here.

Coaching Philosophy
Our sessions are developed based on the FA four-corner model, a holistic approach to player development.
This model helps us to identify and meet the needs required for player development.
Technical/Tactical
Focuses on a player's ball skills and game intelligence, including passing, dribbling, shooting, decision-making, and positional awareness
Physical
Focuses on the player's athletic capabilities, such as speed, agility, balance, and endurance.
Psychological
Addresses a player's mental resilience, confidence, concentration, and ability to handle pressure
Social
Focuses on player's interpersonal skills, including communication, teamwork, and leadership within the group
